Premium Plank

At right is a sample of our #1 Premium grade of Antique Heart Pine flooring.

Milled from large timbers

99% - 100% heartwood with tight growth ring pattern and characteristic amber color variations.

Occasional small solid knots about the size of a quarter and smaller.

Very few if any nail holes and occasional hairline stress cracks.

Available in regular sawn or vertical grain.
This is our highest grade of solid plank Antique Heart Pine flooring. You will find very few signs of aging or distress in this floor. With close to 100% heart wood and very few knots, the floor is well suited for a more formal setting.

Select Plank

This is our #2 Select grade of Antique Heart Pine flooring.

Milled from large timbers

95% - 100% Heartwood with tight growth ring pattern and

characteristic amber and slight yellow color variations.
Larger solid knots and more frequent than the #1 grade.

Some vertical aged stress cracks

Scattered nail holes and maybe an occasional plugged hole

This is our most popular grade of flooring. It has a good combination of natural character and tight grain patterns. This floor is very versatile and will look great in any room of your home.

Country Farmhouse Plank

This is our #3 Country Farmhouse plank grade of Antique Heart Pine flooring.

Milled from large timbers

705% - 100% Heartwood with both tight and open growth ring pattern

characteristic red / yellow heartwood color along with more pale colored sap wood.
Solid knots

Some vertical aged stress cracks

Scattered nail holes and maybe an occasional plugged hole

100% of our Antique Heart Pine flooring is milled from reclaimed Long Leaf Pine lumber. We work directly with demolition contractors and bring in salvaged Heart Pine timbers to our manufacturing facilities.

These salvaged timbers, once destined for the dump, have a wonderful hidden beauty that can only be released by sawing these timbers into lumber and then milling that lumber into our beautiful Antique Heart Pine flooring.

Please do not mistake our true Antique Heart Pine flooring with the many other "new" Heart Pine flooring planks available from other companies.

We have most of the Heart Pine flooring available in width from 2.5" to 11.5" in a Tongue and Grove profile or butt joint profile.

For face nailing installation, we have available the square cut flooring nails that are made the same as the nails used over 100 years ago.
