Purchasing

The best way to get started with your project is for you to give us a call or you can fill out the request for more information and we will call you. We will discuss the details of your needs and decide on what will work best for you. After the details of quantity, sizes, grade and lead time are all discussed and agreed on, we will fax you a work order with all the details. From this you can review to make sure all is correct and then sign and return a copy with your deposit or payment. We require a 50% deposit on all orders at the time of order placement with the balance due before the order is shipped. On orders that will ship within 2-3 weeks, we need payment in full at the placement of the order.

Shipping

Our products are available for shipment through out the United States and Canada. International shipments on larger orders can also be arranged. Shipping costs are very reasonable due to our volume discounts with a few key nationwide trucking companies. For an approximate shipping cost, plan on adding an additional $.75 - $1.00 per square foot of flooring and about the same price per board foot of lumber or beams. This price is somewhat different depending on where in the country the shipment is going to and also on the quantities purchased. Larger quantities do get a better rate. International shipping costs start at $1.00 per board foot and vary greatly depending on location and size of shipment. Call us for a detailed quote.
