Back in 2014 we had the privilege of supplying our Antique Barnboard Oak flooring for Third Man Records in Detroit Michigan. Third Man Records was founded in 2001 by Jack White, formerly of The White Stripes. The Detroit location is their second location with their headquarters located in Nashville, TN.
The Detroit location has a performance venue, record store, lounge, recording booth, apparel and a recently added record pressing plant. This store was featured in the season 31 finale of the Amazing Race.
The flooring is our Antique Barn Board Oak flooring in random widths and random lengths. This is our skip planed reclaimed oak flooring, which is our most popular flooring. This is milled from original 1″ thick barn boards, leaving just a bit of the original character and patina on the faces of the planks.
